NexTechFAS is proud to present the PVScan, an Automated
Optical Inspection System designed specifically for solar panel
defect inspection.
The PVScan is the result of many years of engineering
study related to the various defects unique to photovoltaic
substrates. The PVScan offers outstanding performance in PV
panel pattern, particle and process defect detection.

The system’s modular optics & image processing modules provide a wide range of defect size inspection capabilities with outstanding total average cycle time (TACT) performance. The PVScan is capable of detecting defects as small as 1.0μ on all Photovoltaic panels, including Gen 8.
