NexTech Solutions and FAS Technologies Complete Joint Venture and Consolidate Operations into Delaware Company

AUSTIN, Texas – Jan. 15, 2008 – NexTech Solutions, Inc. and FAS Holdings Group, LLC, doing business jointly as “NexTech FAS” (Pink Sheets: NXSN), are pleased to announce the completion of a joint venture which consolidates the assets and operations of the two companies into the Delaware limited liability company, NFJV LLC, effective Jan. 1, 2008. The completion of this joint venture is a major milestone in the merger transaction between the two companies.

NFJV, LLC, will continue doing business as “NexTech FAS”, servicing customers in the semiconductor, flat panel display (FPD) and photovoltaic industries. Through this joint venture, the company is now positioned as an industry leader not only providing full production coating and inspection systems, but also offering an innovative integrated solution combining the patented extrusion coating technology with breakthrough automated optical inspection (AOI) technology onto a single platform. This patent-pending integrated solution delivers increased throughput, improved footprint, and lowers overall manufacturing costs in the production of FPDs, including LCD and OLED displays. The company is already servicing Fortune 500 clients in the FPD and semiconductor markets.
